WHAT HAPPENS IN THE WORKSHOP

We check the bike first, explain what we find, then keep you informed while the work is carried out.

01 CHECK & ESTIMATE

We inspect the bike and prepare a detailed estimate for any work and parts required.

02 AGREE THE WORK

We explain the findings and only proceed with additional chargeable work once agreed.

03 WORK & UPDATE

We carry out the work and contact you if anything changes the cost or turnaround.

04 FINAL CHECKS

We torque-check key bolts, clean and relube the drivetrain, test ride and sign off the bike.

E-bike bookings are for supported manufacturer systems. We cannot work on chipped or de-restricted e-bikes or third-party conversion kits. Contact us if you are unsure.
