USING THIS WEBSITE

The information on this website is provided for general guidance. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but availability, specifications, prices and service details may change. Nothing on the website forms a binding contract until we confirm it in writing.

02

ENQUIRIES & BOOKINGS

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or require either party to proceed. Workshop and bike-fitting appointments are confirmed separately. Any third-party booking service may also apply its own terms and privacy notice.

03

CYCLE TO WORK

Your employer and scheme provider decide eligibility and administer the salary-sacrifice, hire terms and approval. The Cycle Hub helps you select available products and agree the amount, invoices the scheme for the approved voucher value and releases the bike after payment has been received.

04

ONLINE SHOP PURCHASES

Bike and product purchases are completed through our separate online shop. Its retail terms, delivery information and returns policy apply to those transactions.

We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control or by reliance on information that you knew, or should reasonably have known, was inaccurate.
